Our new shades are installed! I want to thank all the staff at the Shade Store for the professionalism and expertise lent at each phase of the project. Realizing this is a small project compared to many, the attention to detail was evident by each interaction I had with the store's staff. The measurements were done with aplomb with suggestions made for exact placement. And the gentleman who just installed the shades handled his job with such courtesy and efficiency turning down my offer to help hold one end of a very long valence. He didn't need my help. With the exception of scheduling the arrival of the shades and the installation, which could very well have been on my end, all went beautifully with a very satisfactory result.

Everything went well with the measurements and installation and the valances look great! There was a slight issue with one of the dining room shades but it was promptly handled. The installer opened the box and noticed there was a tiny red ink mark on the shade once it was up. He ordered a new one and it was installed. The entire experience was wonderful and I’m glad I chose The Shade Store. You were amazing and I truly appreciated your kindness and customer service.

Yes...we are very happy with our new shades. The fabric is a million times better than the previous shades. Right out of the box you could see the difference......some minor wrinkles which is to be expected but nothing like the other shades. The design helps too.

Yes the whole process was great. From the first time in the showroom and subsequent review of options with you it was a great start and made us feel we were in the right place. After that the first technician who measured was on time, very courteous and answered all our questions. All the shades arrived on time. The final technician, who did the installation was great. He took the time necessary to do it right and made sure that it was installed properly via building requirements. Bottom line it was a seamless and actually enjoyable purchase. After this experience we know we will be back.

He assessed the existing installation, reviewed the new blind’s contents and then assessed what needed to be done for the new installation. He popped the old blind out and installed the new one with no difficulty. He took time to explain the equipment for the new blind making sure I understood how to operate it.
