Everything went well with the measurements and installation and the valances look great! There was a slight issue with one of the dining room shades but it was promptly handled. The installer opened the box and noticed there was a tiny red ink mark on the shade once it was up. He ordered a new one and it was installed. The entire experience was wonderful and I’m glad I chose The Shade Store. You were amazing and I truly appreciated your kindness and customer service.

Love the blinds. They look great. They have a classy look, the colors are understated so that they perfectly complement both the carpet and the accent wall paint. I am very happy. Thank you for your assistance in choosing the fabrics for the blinds in the bedroom. I also am pleased with the roller blind in the bathroom. It modernizes the feel of the room and the color is also perfect.

Yes...we are very happy with our new shades. The fabric is a million times better than the previous shades. Right out of the box you could see the difference......some minor wrinkles which is to be expected but nothing like the other shades. The design helps too.

Yes the whole process was great. From the first time in the showroom and subsequent review of options with you it was a great start and made us feel we were in the right place. After that the first technician who measured was on time, very courteous and answered all our questions. All the shades arrived on time. The final technician, who did the installation was great. He took the time necessary to do it right and made sure that it was installed properly via building requirements. Bottom line it was a seamless and actually enjoyable purchase. After this experience we know we will be back.

Thank you for following up with me. Yes, I am pleased with this install. The installation pro was professional. He assessed the existing installation, reviewed the new blind’s contents and then assessed what needed to be done for the new installation. He popped the old blind out and installed the new one with no difficulty. He took time to explain the equipment for the new blind making sure I understood how to operate it.

They are great! The blackout shade in the bedroom makes it so dark, I love it! I actually had to start using the feature on my smart lights to slowly turn on the lights just before my alarm goes off so that I can wake up in the morning. Not something I had to do before because enough daylight came through in the morning. But I like that I can control now when it is light and when it is dark. Thanks for checking!

The installation team were just great. Fast and efficient and friendly and mindful of details. The 800 number people were also very good in changing the delivery to the day of installation. I do like my shades very much and I have gotten several compliments from neighbors who like the leaf pattern. My bedroom looks great with the new windows and the shades.
