I am beyond thrilled with my new window treatments. The roller shades in the bedroom and office look great and operate so smoothly. They are exactly what I need in these rooms. The drapery in the living room is absolutely beautiful. It is subtle but yet it provides just enough impact in the space. I couldn't be happier. I apologize for not catching the installers' names because both of them are to be commended. From arrival to completion, they displayed utmost professionalism, efficiency and care. I only hope they will be available when I am ready for installation during the next stage of my windows project. I couldn't be more impressed with the overall client experience I received from The Shade Store. Much thanks goes to the design consultant for all on their help, creative suggestions and responsiveness throughout this process. The installation was great and Pro did an excellent job. The shades are working great so far. The 2-panel cellular shades on each window make it a lot lighter and easier to use. And the draperies allow me to easily open and close the entire windows.
