The drapery looks fantastic!! The installers were amazing, took away all the garbage and really took their time to make sure everything was working properly. I love the hardware too. I am waiting for the bedskirt and pillow shams to be delivered from Kravet to finish off the room. A new coverlet is also on its way!

I cannot stress enough Paul's role throughout the entire process from
guiding us through the selection process to this present situation where we
have two mistakes with a shade.
Our move has been unusually stressful and we didn't need further
complications such as this one.
However Paul, with his professionalism, expertise and people skills has
dealt with the problem as it should be, regardless of requesting the three
yards of fabric for me.
Without him I would be angered by now. I thought The Shade Store should
know.

Yes, the cornice was installed yesterday, and we are absolutely delighted with it. The fabric choice is perfect and the dimensions of the cornice are ideal.
