What kept me in the store, was the exceptional level of personal customer care I received by the design consultants, Elisse Hanley and Dee Alejandro. I was helping a friend select shades for his home, and I was new to the process. I had countless questions and sent numerous emails, and never once did they lose patience with me. We had a great experience at The Shade Store. We ordered a shade for our sliding glass door about 9 years ago. We loved it, but our puppy chewed the bottom into shreds, so we ordered another one with a motorized open and close. Elisse was our salesperson and she was easy to work with, great with keeping us informed of next steps and follow up about delivery and installation. We are very happy with our purchase and the entire experience.
