We are hoping the shade that was damaged continues to "fall out" and straighten which has happened thus far (meaning there were creases in it due to the damage that occurred) but each week it seems to get more straight. The tech (who was great by the way) said that we could possibly steam it if needed. So far so good.

The installer was great and able to install the 3 new window shades as well as correct the original two in terms of their length (both when fully extended and when rolled up). The windows look GREAT! There was a Wifi issue oddly enough with the middle shade on the bay window but he mentioned this happens from time to time and has a way of installing a "go between" to get this working with the app. I saw something being shipped from the Shade Store so assume it is that. They look awesome!
