Free Cut Downs

Free Cut Downs

Measure twice, cut once is a good adage but it isn’t always true. If you find your measurements were slightly off and your treatment isn’t fitting quite right, it may qualify for a free cut down. Products eligible for cut down include roller and solar shades, cellular shades, XL pleats and wood blinds.

Oops Discount

For three generations, the only thing that has consistently worked for us is taking care of you. We understand everyone makes mistakes. If for whatever reason you find your product isn’t a good fit for you, we will allow you to purchase a replacement product of equal size for 50% OFF.

The Shade Store offers its customers free measurement services to facilitate the ordering process. Measurements taken are per The Shade Store’s product specifications, and the sole intended use of the measurements is to help The Shade Store’s Design Consultants ensure a perfect fit for product ordered. Measurements are the property of The Shade Store and will not be shared with customers.

Measurement and installation services may be provided by an employee of The Shade Store or by an independent third party subcontractor/installer that is part of our local installer network. Customer shall, to the fullest extent permissible by law, indemnify, defend and hold The Shade Store and its respective agents and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, cost, damage or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or caused by any negligent act, error, or omission, breach of contract, or intentional misconduct of The Shade Store or any of its third party subcontractors/installers, or their respective members, managers, partners, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and/or agents.

Installation services are offered by The Shade Store at an additional charge as a convenience to its customers. Customers are under no obligation to purchase installation services from The Shade Store. Pricing for installation services is calculated as a percentage of the full list price of the product purchased prior to any discounting customers may be eligible for, and is subject to a minimum trip fee. Please refer to the chart below for pricing in your area. Additional surcharges may apply in certain circumstances. Sales tax may be applicable in certain states. Please note: The Shade Store’s installation pricing policy may change at any time.
