Thanks so much for all of your help with getting a technician out to look at the motorized shades and the repair/replacement of one of the non-motorized roller shades. I’m very happy with the shades! The installer showed up on time and didn’t have any issues. The product is high quality. I am much happier with the Roman blackout shade layered with the solar shade than I was with the blinds that had been in there before.
