Choosing a Remote Name

  • for the first motorized window treatment you will be prompted to name a remote - we recommend that you use the room name associated with the window treatment
  • for all other window treatments you will be able to select a previously added remote or add a new one.
  • you cannot use the same remote on different product types, because they are manufactured in different locations
  • Different products can be added to the same remote, but will need to be added by homeowner/installer
