The installation was precise and expert, and, the design guidance, ideas, suggestions, and advice were spot on, and always enjoyable! They listened and really understood what I was looking to achieve, and I am very happy living with these shades! Not only do I love the textural mix, and the warm natural hues that work perfectly with my room, but especially the functional privacy without giving up my view! The interplay of light throughout the day, and even sparkling night lights, change the character of the shades, from opaque to sheer, from dark to light, and always, always beautiful! The hardware quality and action are wonderful and the textiles are amazing. I have always adored textiles. When I fell in love with the Naomi, and what it could do for my privacy/view, I was sold...then it was so hard to choose just one look! So I mixed it up a little for beauty and practical reasons, since I use each window differently, and was nervous about mixing the different textural patterns in the room...but it works. The Naomi layer turns my beloved picture window view into a moving painting with a canvas-like effect. The Techno, especially facing East, diffuses light in an ethereal glow. The Monterrey is warm, textural, and tactile, using both opaque and semi-sheer on different windows in the same room for different visual effects and combinations of light control.

The drapes are great! I really appreciate all the assistance you provided, it wouldn’t have happened without you. The sheer is exactly what I was looking for. The look is perfect! I’m glad you recommend ‘to the ceiling’ versus on the wall, it is a much more dramatic look, which is what I needed for the room, because it was kinda plain without it. They really do make the room. The most important part is they are functional. I can use them closed without sacrificing light, which is exactly what I was looking for. The ripple-fold is modern and stylish, and fits perfectly for the direction I’m going in this room. Kudos to you and The Shade Store!

The Shade Store offers its customers free measurement services to facilitate the ordering process. Measurements taken are per The Shade Store’s product specifications, and the sole intended use of the measurements is to help The Shade Store’s Design Consultants ensure a perfect fit for product ordered. Measurements are the property of The Shade Store and will not be shared with customers.

Measurement and installation services may be provided by an employee of The Shade Store or by an independent third party subcontractor/installer that is part of our local installer network. Customer shall, to the fullest extent permissible by law, indemnify, defend and hold The Shade Store and its respective agents and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, cost, damage or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or caused by any negligent act, error, or omission, breach of contract, or intentional misconduct of The Shade Store or any of its third party subcontractors/installers, or their respective members, managers, partners, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and/or agents.

Installation services are offered by The Shade Store at an additional charge as a convenience to its customers. Customers are under no obligation to purchase installation services from The Shade Store. Pricing for installation services is calculated as a percentage of the full list price of the product purchased prior to any discounting customers may be eligible for, and is subject to a minimum trip fee. Please refer to the chart below for pricing in your area. Additional surcharges may apply in certain circumstances. Sales tax may be applicable in certain states. Please note: The Shade Store’s installation pricing policy may change at any time.
