I wanted to let you know how our order went -- the shades arrived in about 15 days. One of them went up easy as pie and worked just like a dream. The other one went up well also, but did not work at all -- no connection to the remote, no movement and we could not get any results from the troubleshooting tips. In the package there was an instruction card that led us to the website and more troubleshooting and then a support email address. I sent an email to that address, then got a response back that someone would call me at an appointed hour the next day. The next day, a nice gentleman called, walked us through a few little beeps and buttons, and voila! -- the second shade got connected to the remote and works just like it is supposed to. The shades are really nice, and nearly a perfect match for the middle shade that we did not replace. So overall, with one little hitch, really an excellent result. Thanks for your help.
