The installer just left. He was spot on. He came by himself & was very confident with the task at hand. Up & down the ladder with no issues, he methodically went from window to window to address each one with care & expertise. The new shades are definitely better with less light seeping in. The two drapery panels added to the bay windows in the master bedroom really add a beautiful finishing touch and hopefully block some more light in the mornings. I truly want to thank you for all your efforts along the way, your prompt attention to all the issues were always answered in a very timely fashion.

I think the shade is just about perfect. So far, the dogs are afraid when the shade rolls down by itself and don’t touch it or go crazy when it’s down. No more aluminum foil, bubble wrap, or anything else. The light does filter through in bright light. I think this really may have been the perfect solution.
