I ended up hanging the drapes a few weeks ago. When the outer drapery arrived Fedex put the boxes in a pool of water on my porch from where the landscaper turned on the sprinklers. I wasn't home when they arrived, but when I did, the box was soaked through on the bottom, and I opened it up to make sure it wasn't damaged. I decided I should just hang it so I didn't run the risk of anything happening since the box was unusable. They look stunning!

While I know there was a hiccup the end result was the important part. The shades are wonderful and fit well, look great. While I was not happy about the delay your scheduling office had but handled it well and professionally. The installer was amazing represented your company so well. He was professional, warm and I felt instantly comfortable with him when he came to measure. I was even happier when he was the person who was installing.
