1. Are these blinds easy to operate?
In general both Wood and Metal
blinds are easy to use. All of our blinds are constructed to go up and
down without incident, and our wand and cord tilt mechanisms adjust
Blind slats easily.
2. Will these blinds block the light from coming in my room?
The Short answer
is most, but not all. They will provide plenty of privacy when closed
and give you the flexibility of allowing different amounts of light
to come through the slats. If you need to really block out a lot of
light consider Roller Shades, Roman Shades, Woven Woods, Cellular Shades
and Draperies as these products can be ordered with Blackout lining
and/or materials that are black out.
3. Can these blinds be raised and lowered?
Absolutely!- However we find
that many customers often just leave them down and tilt the slats to
adjust for just the right amount of light.
TIP: If
your intention is to raise and lower Blinds daily perhaps consider putting
a Cornice over the Blind which will hide most if not all of the Blind
when it is pulled up and give you a finished look whether Blind is up
or down.
