In consideration of The Shade Store, LLC ("The Shade Store") identifying and introducing you to one or more local installers (each, an "Installer") that measure and install window treatments and related products and services provided by The Shade Store or its strategic partners (the "Installer Services"), you hereby acknowledge, understand and agree that:

• Your use of an Installer introduced to you through  us is solely at your own risk.
• All such introductions are provided for your convenience - you are not required to use an Installer introduced through us to provide the Installer Services.
• The Installer is not an employee or agent of The Shade Store. Any and all Installer Services provided by Installer to you shall be on a contract basis directly between you and such Installer.
• Installer is solely responsible for providing the Installer Services in compliance with all applicable legal requirements and safety regulations.
• TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SHADE STORE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO, AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR, (I) YOUR DECISION TO USE AN INSTALLER AND RECEIVE THE INSTALLER SERVICES, (II) THE INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE WITH RESPECT TO AN INSTALLER, AND/OR (III) ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, COSTS, EXPENSES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF AN INSTALLER OR THE INSTALLER SERVICES.
